Development of PCR tests for rapid diagnosis of sepsis

The aim of the projects is to develop PCR methods and diagnostic sets for rapid and sensitive detection of the most frequent pathogens causing sepsis.

The project is cofinanced by the Technology agency of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic through the programme TREND.

2021-2024

DIANA panel for testing of selectivity of inhibitors of clinically relevant protein kinases and its application in the drug discovery market. Preclinical development of new inhibitors of CDK11.

The aim of the project is to develop DIANA method for measuring selectivity and potency of CDK inhibitors and to identify new potential inhibitors of CDK11 for further clinical development.

Digitisation and Innovation of product development and business support services of DIANA Biotechnologies

The aim of the project is innovation of digital tool for product development and business support services of DIANA Biotechnologies.

Development of the pilot series of PCR cycler of DIANA Biotechnologies

The aim of the project is to develop DIANA Biotech PCR cycler from pre-series build to first pilot series.
