MISSION

We are a successful biotech startup with unique products in human molecular diagnostics and several other business segments. Recently we have launched a new portfolio of unique internally developed enzymes, enzyme mixes and kits for PCR and other molecular biology applications for life-science research labs as well as for other diagnostics manufacturers. We are also providing custom oligonucleotide synthesis and are going to launch our own brand of qPCR instruments.

We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Specialist (Junior or Senior) to join our team and drive sales for our life-science products.

Job description

What will be your responsibilities?

Identifying, approaching, and converting new end-customers (academic labs, biotech companies) primary on Czech market.
Care for existing customers, maintain regular contact and facilitate application support.
Collecting and integrating feedback from the customers. Supporting product optimization and preparation of application notes.
Participating in presentations at customer sites and at industry conferences.
Regular reporting in CRM system.
Presenting at relevant industry conferences.
Collaborating closely with antibody R&D team and sales and marketing colleagues from other divisions.

What are the requirements?

Master degree in life-science (or equivalent experience) and previous experience with molecular biology methods is a plus.
Experience in sales, product marketing, sales or business development in life-science segment is a plus.
Ability to travel to customers – active driver with a driving license B.
Ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with CRM tools.
Good presentations skills
Good knowledge of Czech is a must, English language at a communicative level min. B2.
Excellent English (Czech is an advantage but not required).
